CLARINETS COCONUT LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. 10x sugar
2 c. flour

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. lemon juice from fresh lemons
1 c. fine coconut

Mix butter, 10x sugar and flour; put in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Press into pan. Bake this for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat first 4 filling ingredients until creamy. Then add lemon juice and coconut. Pour filling into baked crust and bake 25 minutes longer. Cut into bars. Yields 4 dozen.
