"LEMON COCONUT BARS" 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Blend as for pie crust. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

2 beaten eggs
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sugar
Rind of 1 lemon, grated
1/2 tsp. baking powder
