APPLE CRUMB PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
6 to 7 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Arrange apple slices in pie shell. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Combine remaining sugar and flour in small bowl. With a fork or pastry blender, cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
