POPCORN CAKE 
1 gal. popped corn
1 lb. plain M & M's
1 lb. salted peanuts
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. marshmallows

Mix popcorn, M & M's and peanuts. Melt salad oil, butter and marshmallows. After melted, stir 2 minutes longer. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn mixture. Stir well and pack into a greased tube pan. Cool completely before removing from pan. Slice with a serrated knife.
