RUSSIAN TEACAKES 
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Sift flour and salt together. Stir into butter/sugar mixture. Mix in nuts. Chill. Roll into 1 inch balls.

Bake on ungreased sheet 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
