CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
1 1/2 lb. hamburger (or ground turkey)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 oz. mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco
1/2 tsp. oregano

Sear meat and drain. Add other ingredients and cook covered for 10 minutes. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Layer cabbage and meat sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
