OVERNIGHT TURKEY AND DRESSING 
1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
3 c. chopped cooked turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 cans cream of celery soup

Combine stuffing mix, butter and 1 cup water in bowl; mix well. Combine turkey, onion and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well. Layer half the stuffing mixture, all the turkey mixture and remaining stuffing in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Mix eggs with milk; pour over layers. Chill, tightly covered, overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spread soup over top. Bake for 40 minutes longer. Yield 6 servings.
