1 dozen eggs
2 c. diced ham
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 lb. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/2 c. flour
3-5 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper

Grease pan with 1 tablespoon butter, use remaining butter in egg (melted). Beat eggs with wire whip until fluffy. Add rest of ingredients. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees in 9"x13" pan.
