THE WORLD'S MOST WONDERFUL
CHEESECAKE
 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. graham crackers (1/3 of a box)
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. sugar

CRUST: Crush graham crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour into buttered springform pan. Cover bottom and press down.

FILLING: Blend cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool 15 minutes.

Mix 3 cups sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour over 1st layer and bake 20 minutes (still at 350 degrees). Turn off oven, open door, but leave cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour.

Move to refrigerator and let it set for 12 to 24 hours. To serve, remove sides of pan and slice. Enjoy!
