FLUFFY CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. extra creamy Cool Whip

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter and press into 8-inch pie pan for crust. Beat cream cheese until smooth and gradually add sugar and sour cream. By hand, mix in Cool Whip and spoon into crust. Chill for 4 hours or more before serving.
