OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
9" pie crust

Mix together all the ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
