LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 lemon rind, grated
4 eggs

Mix cake mix and Jello together. Add beaten egg yolks, oil, nectar and lemon rind. Beat 4 minutes, fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in tube pan for 50 minutes at 325 degrees. While hot ice with juice of one lemon and 1 cup powdered sugar. Cool before removing from pan.
