ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients. Spread in oblong cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
