“SAUSAGE STUFFING FOR TURKEY” IS IN:

SAUSAGE STUFFING FOR TURKEY 
2 pounds pork sausage meat
2 cups water
14 cups dry bread cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 cups chopped celery
2 teaspoons salt

Pan-fry sausage until brown and well cooked. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Stuff bird just before roasting.

Yield: 12 cups (Enough to stuff 16 pound bird)
