CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. bag cauliflower 1 bag success rice 2 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. grated cheese Cook cauliflower and rice for 10 minutes. Drain each. Place butter in 9 x 13 inch glass dish and melt. Add rice, next cauliflower, and then cream of mushroom soup. Last add the cream of chicken and bake for about 20 minutes on 400 degrees or until it begins to bubble. Add grated cheese over top and melt. |
