CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 oz. brandy
3 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Cherry Herring
1 (2 liter) bottle club soda
2 bottles champagne

In a punch bowl dissolve sugar in water and lemon juice. Add brandy, Triple Sec and Cherry Herring. Mix well. Add ice ring.

Just before serving pour in chilled club soda and champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with sliced fruits and berries. Make 35, 4 ounce servings.
