ORANGE - CHOCOLATE BALLS 
3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (12 oz. pkg.)
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. finely chopped or ground walnuts
1/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart mixing bowl. Mix and knead with hands to form solid masses, adding a little more corn syrup if necessary to make ingredients stick together.

Roll mixture into balls 3/4 to 1 inch in size. Store in airtight container in refrigerator and let stand a few days before serving; flavor improves on ripening. Makes 50-60 pieces, or 2 pounds.
