ORANGE BLOSSOMS (LITTLE CAKES) 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. plain sifted flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
Rind of 1 lemon
Rind of 1 orange
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 oranges

Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs. Blend in flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F in small muffin tins.

Glaze: Combine and mix well the powdered sugar, rind of lemon and orange and juices. Dip muffins into glaze.
