1 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. milk

Combine above ingredients. Drop by teaspoon in deep hot oil. They will roll over to cook. Remove when crisp and drain.
