NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST 
1 lb. sausage (hot or regular)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Saute sausage and drain well. Beat eggs and add salt, milk, and mustard and heat in a saucepan.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, lay the bread slices. Over the bread, crumble the drained sausage. Then sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Pour egg mixture over the top. Refrigerate overnight. (Prepare it in evening before and refrigerate.)

Next morning, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Serves 8.
