HOT SPICED FRUIT TEA 
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 (2") stick cinnamon
3 qts. boiling water
3 (1 qt.) tea bags
1 - 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Tie cloves and cinnamon in a cheesecloth bag; set aside.

Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover. Allow tea to stand 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.

Combine tea, sugar, juices and spice bag in a large Dutch oven. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Discard spice bag. Yield: about 3 quarts.
