SALMON LOAF 
1 tall can salmon
1 med. onion, grated
2 carrots, grated
1/8 lb. melted butter
4 tbsp. matzo meal
3 eggs
No salt, pepper to taste if desired
Tartar sauce

Drain salmon juice into blender container. Add onions, carrots - blend. Add eggs and blend again - 1 minute. Crumble salmon in a bowl and remove skin and bones. Add butter, matzo meal and pepper. Add blended mixture and mix thoroughly.
