CANDACE'S SALSA 
Best if left in the refrigerator overnight

5 large tomatoes
1/2 medium red onion
1/2 green pepper
1/4 bunch cilantro
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
jalapeno, to taste

Start with tomatoes and add other items according to taste. I suggest eating as you go, that way you'll know that you have the best tasting product.

P.S. The smaller you chop your ingredients, the better it will taste.
