1 lg. bag Doritos
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 sm. can green chilies (optional)
Grated med. cheddar cheese
Sour cream (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger in skillet, and break into small pieces. Drain grease. Gradually add soups, evaporated milk and chilies. heat until mixture comes to a low boil. Remove from heat.

Grease 9 by 12 by 2 pan. Spread Doritos in the bottom, thoroughly covering bottom. Pour hamburger and soup mixture over top. Grate cheese over top.

Heat in oven until cheese is melted, 20 to 25 minutes.
