AUNT JOAN'S BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 lb. carton of Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and put over baked mixture.

2 sm. pkgs. instant butterscotch pudding
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk

Beat at slow speed until thick. Pour over rest of recipe. Let all set. Add other 1/2 of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts or other topping.
