1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat well. Add eggs. Beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop small balls of dough on cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.

Can be used in a cookie press.
