DRESSING 
3/4 loaf bread
1 sm. stalk celery, put in blender
1 tsp. parsley
Saute 1 onion in butter
3/4 lb. pork sausage
2 to 3 eggs
1 tsp. sage
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1 c. water

Mix all well. I mix sausage and eggs and soup and water in blender. Stuff bird or put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
