HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 c. oil 4 eggs 1/4 c. vodka 1/4 c. galliano 3/4 c. orange juice ORANGE GLAZE: 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 c. confectioners sugar 1-2 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. grated orange rind Mix all the cake ingredients together for about 2 minutes. Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Cool completely on rack. ORANGE GLAZE: Melt the butter and mix with all the ingredients until smooth. Frost top of cake and let some drip down the sides. NOTE: May need to add slightly more orange juice to glaze to get a spreadable consistency. |
