DOUBLE QUICK DINNER ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. yeast

Dissolve yeast in water, stir 1 cup flour and salt into yeast. Beat until smooth, add egg and butter. Beat in rest of flour. Cover, let rise until double. Grease muffin cups. Stir down, let raise, stir down, fill cups half full. Let rise about 20 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
