GLEN'S BAKED HAM | |
5 lb. ham 1/2 c. honey 1 c. white wine (Chablis) 1/3 tsp. salt Mix honey, wine and salt together and heat to approximately 130, stirring often. Pour over ham; cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Baste every 30 minutes. After ham is sliced, pour sauce over ham. Garnish with cherries. |
