HAM AND APPLE BAKE | |
1 (5 lb.) canned ham 1/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. lemon juice Score ham; place in roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; pour off fat. Combine honey, mustard and lemon juice; spread over top of ham. Bake 15 minutes more (15 minutes per pound or 130 degrees on meat thermometer). Remove to platter. On top of range, in roasting pan add: 1/2 c. applesauce Add to drippings. Heat, stirring now and then. Serve with ham. |
