BAKED APPLES | |
4 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 pkg. red hot cinnamon candies Microwave 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cornstarch to thicken. Wash and core 6-8 large Pippin apples. Fill center of apples with brown sugar and butter. Pour glaze on apples and microwave 10-15 minutes, depending on size of apples. May be served with whipping cream. Extra glaze may be frozen for future use. |
