BREAKFAST PIE | |
2 deep dish pie shells 1 lb. sausage 2 c. shredded cheese 6-8 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk Thaw pie shells - do not pre-bake. Fry sausage (scramble); drain. Add to shredded cheese, sprinkle in pie shells. Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper; pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Slice and enjoy. |
