PORK CHOPS JARDINIERS 
4 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops, boneless
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 to 1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 med. stalks, celery, chopped
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. carrot, chopped

Brown chops on both sides in oil; drain. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Bring to a boil; cover, simmer 1 hour or until tender. (Note: For electric skillet).
