8 pork chops, any cut
2 cans Heinz gravy, pork flavored
2 pkgs. dry gravy mixed with water
Mrs. Lawry's salt & pepper to your liking

Season meat with salt and pepper the sear the tops on both sides on high heat in electric fry pan. Pour in all gravy mixes and water. Cook at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
