BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (optional)

Toss cheese with flour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. It is best to add broccoli and mushrooms LAST. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour with cookie sheet under pie crust to catch spills.
