MOM'S CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
12 to 14 c. popped corn

Mix and boil brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popped corn and mix. Bake at 250 degrees about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
