BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
5 eggs
1 c. milk
Crushed oregano, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pat dough in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Slice sausage on dough. Neatly sprinkle cheese and mushrooms on dough. Sliced onions and green pepper can also be added. Beat 5 eggs and milk, add spices to egg mixture. Pour over crescent rolls. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees, until set.
