POTATO SALAD 
8 medium sized potatoes
1/2 c. celery
1 small onion, chopped fine
4 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk

Cook potatoes covered in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, cool, peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Place in large bowl. Sprinkle onion and celery on top. Mix salad oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Pour over warm potato mixture. Toss lightly. Add eggs. Thin mayonnaise with milk and pour over. Toss gently and chill.

Serves 12.
