1 stick butter, softened
1 reg. size box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease an 11 x 13 inch pan. Stir together butter, cake mix, and 1 egg until thick. Press into greased pan. Using electric mixer, beat the two remaining eggs into the cream cheese one at a time. Then beat in the sugar and vanilla. Pour over the crumb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cut into small pieces.
