OLD TIMEY APPLE SALAD

6 apples, diced with peelings on
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. nuts

DRESSING:

1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook until thick. Pour over apple mixture and stir.
