NANCY'S COFFEE CAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Spread 1 package rolls in 9x13 greased pan. Cream cheese, vanilla, 1 cup sugar and egg yolk. Pour over rolls in pan. Roll other package rolls between waxed paper. Peel off and lay on creamed mixture. Whip egg white until frothy. Brush on top layer. Sprinkle with nuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
