DELICIOUS COFFEE CAKE | |
2 pkgs. crescent rolls 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1 egg white Butter 9 x 13 pan. Pat 1 package rolls in bottom of pan. Combine cheese, sugar and yolk, spread on roll. Cover with second package rolls (spread this roll out to fit bottom roll). Brush slightly beaten white on top roll. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over all. Top with 1 tablespoon chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ed Dooyema's granddaughter |
