YEAR'S BEST CORN BREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream style corn

Combine all ingredients beating thoroughly. Turn batter into a well greased iron skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
