A MOST DELICIOUS PECAN PIE 
4 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. white karo syrup
2 c. pecans
3/4 stick of creamy butter

Melt butter in an iron skillet until light brown, add sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating separately, add Karo, and pecans and pour on an unbaked crust and bake in moderate oven about 375 degrees about 30 to 35 minutes until brown and firm.
