ZUCCHINI AND WHEAT MEAT DELIGHT 
1 c. wheat meat
4 c. zucchini, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 c. seasoned salad croutons

Cut wheat meat into bite sized pieces. Place in 2 quart casserole. Add zucchini, onion, garlic, flour, bouillon, and thyme. Mix well. Cook at full power for 8 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cook on full power for 2 minutes. Garnish with croutons. 4 servings.
