SWEET & SAUCY MEATLOAF 
1 can (16-17 oz.) apricot halves
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. catsup
1 env. (6 oz.) Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. ketchup

Drain syrup from apricots, reserving 1/2 cup liquid; set aside. Reserve 5 apricots for garnish. Place remaining apricots in blender and puree until smooth.

In large bowl mix pureed apricots, ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, 2 tablespoons catsup and salad dressing, mix until well combined. Spoon meat mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Meanwhile combine apricot syrup and 1/2 cup catsup. Pour over meat loaf and bake 10 minutes more. Garnish with reserved apricot halves.
