ORANGE POP MOLDED SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. (6 oz.) orange Jello
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped OR 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. orange pop
1 lg. can (16 oz.) mandarin orange sections
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. broken walnuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello with 2 cups boiling water. When cool, add orange pop. Chill until slightly thickened, then whip with beaters. Fold in whipping cream, mandarin oranges and marshmallows. Put into large mold or 9 x 13 inch pan and chill until firm.

Optional: Serve with fruit salad mayonnaise on a bed of salad greens.

FRUIT SALAD MAYONNAISE:

Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff. Serves 12.
