CANDIED YAMS 
2 cans candied yams
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together then put into a large casserole dish.

Topping:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 cup pecans, chopped fine
1/3 cup self rising flour
1 c. light brown sugar

Mix all up then crumble on top of yams.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

This recipe is amazing! If you love sweets you will love this. The only comment I have to make is that it does not specify what size cans. It should be either a 2- 1 lb can or 1-2lbs can. And doubling the recipe is doubling all ingredients. It still tastes awesome.
