15 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE
CAKE
 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together and press into pie pan or 8 x 8 inch square dish.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese and sugar then add eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and chocolate chips. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees for 35 minutes.
